At MOHA Stationery, we want you to love your purchase. Since we offer premium, curated stationery items and gift sets, we maintain a straightforward return process.
Returns & Exchanges
* You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
* To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
* To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sidra.ahmad2030@gmail.com or contact us via our official WhatsApp support channel.
* Please provide your Order Number and proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation).
Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (as agreed upon) within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with a photo or video of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
